Thanks everyone for posting on here. I don't answer unknown numbers and your messages helped me know what it was.  Blocked the number.  I never give out my phone number. How on earth do they get it?

Fake charity.  Just another scam to get money from you.  Forget reporting them.  They are using a spoofed number.  the DNC is, as usual, totally useless.

The Do Not Call list does work. It stops the legitimate telemarketers. The illegal telemarketers/scammers are criminals who ignore the law (that's why they are criminals). Why would anyone pay for a call blocker when most smart phones come with that option? And I haven't owned a landline since 2006...
