called and hung up after 2nd ring... left no message of course

Caller was soliciting funds for disabled veterans.
Sounded like a scam

Calls ALL the time looking for someone I don't know. I hang up or they hang up... I've tried calling the # back but get a busy signal.

calls from different numbers asking for Wanda, say you have wrong # they say well maybe you can help me - collecting money for state troopers, no please don't call here again, they call using a different # - so its a scam. why can't these callers be stopped?

They called my wife claiming that she was being served notice of suit. Last I checked, you get served in person
