This is NOT a legitimate charity. It is a scam. It's one of those robocalls that tries to disguise itself as a live caller. Not only do they call people on the national do-not-call list, which automatically means SCAM, it was recently featured in a local news story in Houston and exposed as a scam. There are legitimate charities out there that help disabled vets, but this is not one of them.
