Who called from 3462260887

This call came on my cell phone number today.  I am on a Federal and State Do Not Call List both cell phone and landline but it doesn't stop them from harassing us.  What I tell them is FTC Chicago or FBI Chicago when I tell them that they usually hang up immediately.

Called, 3 rings, no message, so it's not important.

They've called twice and left no message, blocked the number.
