Call received from 346-321-3125 that came up as Texas on cell caller ID. Left voicemail that I recently applied for pay day loan and they lowered  requirements and I was now pre approved. Just call number and punch in code. I have never applied for a pay day loan. So it is spam (definitely unsolicited).
