Got the same message today and I am in Norway.... Seems like everone who got this message has the same ticket, has to be fake :-)

Got a message saying I have won 850 000 Euro.. I am also asked to call or email to claim.
I see that everyone who has got a cal or txt message from this number, also have the same 'winning' ticket :-P

I also received this message in my phone, i'm from portugal. Same number and answer to bingowin@topmail.
