Who called from 3464449771

I keep getting a phone number that hangs up/ doesnt talk and same from a 346-444-9764 with the same issue and a phone number at first it showed it was a spain number but i guess it hasnt updated from the new add of this number

Calls and hangs up.

"Unknown Name" has called 4 times in the last week, most recently Sunday morning, leaving no message. As I have no desire to talk to "Unknown Name" I shall never answer

rcvd call approx 1134.  Only the phone number showed up on my cell phone, no city or state.   I do not answer unknown or unidentified calls.  I dialed *67 and called back. Twice there was an immediate disconnect.   DAMN the ROBOCALL and SCAMMERS !!!!
