March 21, 2017, 4:32 PM - prerecorded call from Heather from account/card services from 346-808-9081, Texas to my cell number that is on the national DNC list.
I was eating at a restaurant when the phone rang. I heard the same prerecorded call from Heather from card/account services that I have heard many times. It mentioned lowering your credit card interest rate to 6.9% (I think that was the rate). I pressed 1 to find out who called, and then got a prerecorded message in a different voice that asked if you owe over $3,000 or more in debt, to press 1.
I did not press anything, and heard several times a prerecorded voice (in a different voice) that said something like "You have not entered a correct response (or number)" and asking me to enter a correct response. After hearing that message about 4-5 times, the call disconnected.
Called at 10:50am on cell and I answered. No one there. Why ring me in the first place if your not going to say anything. I was ready to give them a piece of my mind. Blocked now.
Got a call from this number repeatedly. When I call back it says press one to be placed on the do not call list. Then : if you would like to lower your credit card rate to 6.9 % interest please stay on the line... so I stayed on the line and continued to talk & talk & talk to the guy (heavy Arabic accent). Continued to waste as much of his time as I possibly could until he finally hung up: frustrated. Karma dude... Karma!!!
