Got a call from this number around 5pm - I wasn't there so the machine recorded it.  It was a female computer-generated voice instructing me to call a number because the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me.  I'm pretty sure this is a scam.  When I searched the 'net for the phone number the only result was in Russian from a Russian domain... that's probably something of a giveaway.
