I received a call from this very badly speaking gentleman asking if I had applied recently for a loan.  Said that I needed to verify a few things, wanted my current address, mothers maiden name etc.  Then asked for my full social security number.  When I said I would not give that by phone, he said well this is a recorded line it is safe.  I said "again, I am not giving that by phone, if I applied for a loan with your company, you should already have that information.  At that point he called me a choice name and disconnected.
