I saw this number on my phone but didn't answer because I am at work. However a voicemail was left with a robotic voice saying "I am being sued by the IRS" funny since I don't owe any monies to the IRS. Either way, if they call me back I will be happy to tell them that my lawyers will give them a call.
I also received a phone call. It showed a 'Private Number' on my caller ID. Robotic voice message the same as Amy's (above). The number to call was 346-971-6367. And like Amy I do not owe any money to the IRS. Knew it was a scam, but wonder if other people will fall for it. Hope not.
I got this message left on my phone 4 days ago. (11-4-15) I knew it was a scam right away but have to admit I'm glad I'm not the only one getting this stupid call. I wont call them back---call came from a cell phone. When would IRS uses cell phones? Of course we know they don't even call anyone. BUT what really bothers me is someone may believe this crap. I'd like to see people like this get a big fine and some jail time---but they won't.
