Got a call from this number on March 31. The person had very heavy accent, sounded middle eastern. They said they were calling about my "computer." I knew immediately since this had happened to a friend some time ago.
They attempt to frighten people into believing their computer is causing "interference" or something like that. They are fishing for personal info for scam purposes, or they may offer to "fix" the problem for a price.
I just got off the phone. The caller's accent was so thick I could only partially understand him. I recognized the '043' prefix as bogus, and asked him for a call-back number. I won't victimize an innocent third party by posting that number, but I reacheded a Rail Transport Driver Employment Center, for truck drivers. When I asked the caller for my IP Address, he described the color of my house's roof and the color of my car in the drive. I told him I have Google maps too, have a nice day, click.
