Robocall: Said she was "sarah" from Cardinal Bank. Wanted to speak with us about our credit card (we don't have one with them). "There was no problem"..., but they needed to talk with us about lowering our rate, and asked me to push 1 to speak with a representative. I hung up, but guess that had I pressed "1" I would now be considered a customer and the calls would never stop (we are on the do not call list).

We are on the no not call list but it didn't stop this call. Wonder what they want to sell to me or do for me that they can't sell or do? I don't need to know! With a number like 347-111-9999 would you answer?
When I answered the phone there was a pause (possibly autodialer) and then a machine voice came on the line telling me this was my last chance to take advantage of a low interest rate on my credit card, and if I wanted to speak with a customer service rep press 9. While I wasn't falling for it I did press 9 because I wanted to see if someone would answer. The phone rang 3 times no one answered and I hung up. Now I wonder if they just used my number to make international calls. I am contacting my telephone company to see if they could obtain any information about the number.
