Vodafone...but I don't believe that's really the operator

i have the same number calling me all the time and based on the comments i have seen here and other places i just blocked the number so it doesnt ring but i do so that i missed a call.

Same happened to me this morning... I also have a Vodafone card..

it's a hacker trying to get your credit after u register on one site... happened to me too
