Foreign ingrate who cannot speak English. After I made her repeat herself seven times I hung up. Something about my website.

Called today at 1034h. No message left.  Called back and got voice mail identifying caller as "Andrea Garcia" (heavy Spanish accent).  Added to blocked caller list.
