Call to cell phone, no message left.

Scam telemarketing. Received call today, no message was left, the phone number does not exist. They have been added to my spam list

in our Native tounge. Tagalog. which was weird.. whoever it was was a [***]

It's U.S. ADVISOR.
These guys have already called us many times.  My phone shows it rejected an earlier call from this number today.  I forgot who it was, so I called it. Got voice mail, didn't leave a message.
From what I can remember, they are relentless website creators and SEO optimizers.  Just lookin' to make a buck off services you don't need. Will keep calling and calling trying to wear you down.  Sales pitch about how important it is for your business for people to find you on the internet and how you need a nice website design/optimization.
Or...maybe I'm wrong.  I may be confusing this # with the many other SEO b.s. calls we get every day.
