I don't know how these scumbags get all of these numbers, computer generated, I guess, but I have reported to the FCC, what a joke. It is a direct abuse of our rights.
Just got a call from them...I decided to press 1 to tell them to remove me from the call list. The idiot said they didn't have to, and kept asking about my credit card debt. I informed him that telemarketing calls to a cell phone are illegal, and he replies with "I wasn't aware of that, so how much in debt are you", I asked to speak to a supervisor and he said he would have to get ALL my financial info before doing so. I told him that I'm contacting the FCC and he said "You can do that and shove it up your A$$"... then hung up.
I tried calling back and it went to a voice mail box that was full.
I got a call form this number today at 10:39 am. I didn't pick up. I think I am going to take my number off the DNC - I feel like that is how shady operations got my number in the first place.
