Who called from 3472208546

My husband picked up the phone and they asked, "Are you .. her husband?"(they used my name)
He was reluctant to answer and he heard giggling in the background. they hung up before he could say anything to them.
has anybody gotten a call from this number?

they just called and there was no one on the other end when I picked up. this is a ny calling number and I am not in ny

My neighbor and I both got calls yesterday around the same time.  They just hung up without saying anything.  I am in NJ.
