I Called Restricted and after a couple of seconds it said "Thanks for calling. The party you have dialed is unavailable. they will be notified you called."

(201) 426-4668 this number texted me, I don't know anyone in new jersey. I called the number and got the same thing. There text replies take like 10-12hrs to reply.
