These idiots are from India and tell you they are a technical support services for Microsoft. They, like other computer technical idiots, want access to your computer to show you how many viruses and trojans are in there. They are supposedly located in several countries, their main office in the UK. They say "lifetime" technical service is only $177.78. Five year technical service is a "steal" at $122.22. BOGUS! Do some research and these losers show up on several scam websites. I had to block calls from them and they will call you early in the morning. They called me at 7:35am.

SCAMS!!!!!!!!!!! Because my computer was very old I allowed them to convince me that hackers were able to break into my computer. Said they were "Certified Windows Anti-hacking...for Windows" Their # listed as "UNAVAILABLE" (Should have been my first clue). Next day they called repeatedly and it was obvious they were calling from the same call center; could hear multi-voices on phone in background. Other #s used include: (970) 379-6285, (307)278-7081, (510) 281-7526, (347) 227-6903, ALL FROM SAME CALL CENTER. THEN HAD NERVE NEXT DAY TO SAY THEY WERE CALLING FROM MY AUTO INS. CO. They got that name off my computer, except I only work thru agent; ins. company would not have called. Gave me their so-called Cls. I.D. #00C04FD7D062 (Custome License #). They remotely got in my computer (how could I have bought their line?), removed my two so-called out-dated anti-viruses and installed (3). Gave name of company as Ozemo (made up, I am sure). Said his name was Michael Shaw (also made up, I am sure. Next day called at least 12 times, always with "UNAVAILABLE" or "TOLL FREE NUMBER" as identifying caller on my phone. Please give warnings to all you know not to believe callers.
Got a call last year saying that my computer had been alerted as being hacked and scammed me for over 200.00. Kept calling as a "maintenance check" monthly. Today they called saying my Microsoft license had expired and that hackers were trying to get into my computer. After saying it would cost another 200+ to
Fix it I knew it was a scam. After hanging up several times he kept calling. He didn't call me back after telling him I was calling the Better Business Bureau after I got off the phone with him.
About a week ago got a call from a woman claiming to be from windows wanting to help me get rid of hackers on my computer. She transfers me to a guy then he wants to charge me 217.78 for a lifetime service. Sounds convincing but is a scam!!! Windows does not call people on the phone nor use third parties.
