This guy called my work 3 times looking for the same person and when I told him she was not here today and he has already called 3 times and hung up on me 3 times he started to yell at me and told me he only called once and he would call me every hour for the rest of the day and then said "how do you like that" before I even got to answer he hung up... SOOOO.. I took his number down and called him every 5 minutes. He would pick up and when I said hello he would hang up. After the 5th or 6th time he finally asked why do I keep calling and he said he would stop calling me. I politely said thank you, have a nice day and hung up. He is very rude... Hope he got annoyed with me.

Man called my job and stated his name was Jeff Roberts from Allstate. Was very rude to my staff. I asked my staff to take a message. He would not leave his number and hung up on my employee. He asked for me specifically by name. I then went and found his number in my call log. I called him back a few times and he would not answer. I called him back private and he picked up and stated that i need to take a "chill pill" becuase he had the wrong number. I said that you called my office and asked for me by name so what did he need? He started cursing and screaming and then he hung up on me.
Same man just called our office, asked for the owner, told him not available. Asked if he made decision for employee benefits. Told him we were ok, responded with extreme rudeness and hung up on me!! Do not deal with such a person.

Well the famous "Jeff Roberts" but on the caller ID shows Jeff Bisgyer from Allstate is one RUDE JERK. He wanted to speak with the owner. When I told him the owner wasn't available this nasty man started telling me off! Lol. I told him to NEVER call this office again. I'm calling Allstate to complain.
This guy always calls and you can tell he's just a miserable [***] from the moment he wakes up until he goes to bed at night. If he were just a pinch more polite I might actually put him through to the person he's looking for but his attitude is atrocious. Why so angry Jeff?? Why so angry??
