This damn call now has my phone frozen nd i cant fix it

Received a call today, did not press any numbers called back from a landline, so I don't get charged minutes, received a message that they do not take calls from non-wca subscriber numbers. I Don't know what WCA is nor subcribing to them in any way shape or form.

They are a criminal organization. Help shut them down.

Get a call from this # 347-230-6701 @ My cell. And it frozen....I have to restated and I didn't even answer the call.

This number has now called me 2.days in a row!!! Who is this?
