I didn't answer. Robo message was left saying the IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and I need to call back.  SCAM!!

I received a call very similar to Kim's call. It is clearly a scam. The I.R.S does not call in that manner without first sending some sort of letter. There several reports on this number. If you would like to report it as well. You can go to www.tigta.gov
I think that is the correct address.

You can go to www.tigta.gov and report it. That is what I did.
