Calls at least twice a day almost every day.  No message of any kind.  I texted the number ad told them to stop or I'd report them.  Let's see what happens.  Does not seam to be a landline.

Calls several times a day. No one there if you answer. Tried calling back. Recording comes on and says we cannot connect your call.

I have been getting 2 to 3 phone calls a day from this number without a voicemail. I blocked them!
