347-254-7550 called from Frank of National Debt relief stating I left info on their web site. never heard of them. Called the 347 number back and was greeted by a rude rep who took my info then hung up on me. Called 888-703-4948 x 7303 and spoke to Frank. he apologized but never stated I was removed.
From what I gather. If you have left an inquiry or someone at your number left an inquiry on their site regarding resolving student loan debt or some other kind of debt, they will call you. Not sure if people are putting false numbers in, but the best way to handle is that if you did not inquire with them, answer their call and let them know they have the wrong number... otherwise it looks like they will keep calling automatically.
So I wouldn't call them a telemarketer since telemarketers usually make cold calls from some list they purchased, where as this company calls based on inquiries that were made on their website. In other words, you or someone in your household would have had to manually given them your phone number.
Keep calling. Says unavailable. If it's about some kind of student loan then boy have they got the wrong number! I haven't been in school in nearly 40yrs. so I diffidently DON'T h ave any school loans outstanding! And since its just me here there is no one in my home to "inquire" for any info. They wont answer just hang up.
We get multiple calls from this number, all with different individuals names but same #. When we have answered (to tell them to stop), no one responds they just hang up.
