I received a text from this number at 0317 AM EST on 040712 in reference to a Walmart gift card at www.thecardsfree.com website. I was woken up and obviously a bit unhappy. i have called the number, which is out of the bronx with no answer and no message. text to the number as well with no response. what is really bad, this is my departmentally-issued cell phone which also serves as my pager.
