Fake business from a East Indian sounding call Center, Asking for the "Business Owner" And when asked repeatedly "Who is Calling" They hung up. So, some low life paid to fish for Scams using the fake ICD and in another country. India should be cut from VOLP services. All they can do is run Scams from spoofed CID to honest people.
