347-263-8312 calls and does not leave a message; when I call back, it's not able to be connected -ARGGGGGHHHHHH!!!

I receive calls at least twice a day from various numbers.  This just one.  I've asked to be taken off the call list every time.  The last call I received, He said his name was Paul Oliver.  He refused to tell me who he worked for or how he got my number.

Called asked if I was Elizabeth. Told him they were breaking up then they hung up.

i get calls from this number, only breathing....some kind of sicko....i'll buy  a loud  whistle and blow it into his ear next time
