Call two to three a day no answer

Asked to speak to the owner.  When I asked the reason for the call, they hung up.

Call and no answer.

Called twice in one day but no one says anything when answer

Call 2-3 times a day and won't stop. Have asked them to take me off their call list. People with accents trying to sell me upgrade to something I don't have. Call back, it shows up as some ladies answering machine, but inbox is full.
