The name used by the caller is Mr.Clive Philip and he is posing as a diplomat. You will be told by an accomplice that the diplomat is carrying a consignment worth $millions$. Diplomat Philip will then tell you he needs $5,500 for the package to clear customs. Money will be requested to be transferred by Western Union or by giving him your bank details.
This is advanced fee fraud. DO NOT give any personal details or send any money to these people. This is a scam.
