received text message claiming that i am apple's winner of the day, give me a web site and enter the code it gave, alowwing 24 hrs to claim the prize. I would have beleived it. But i had a similair scam by text message before so it is obviously a acam.
Got a text message claiming my number was "Best Buy's winner of the day" with a link to a site ending with textwon.com, which looks to be operated by ziinga.com. Clearly spam, possibly a scam too.
i just received the message "You are Apple's winner of the day!...." too. I'm glad my boys didn't see it before me or they would have been off to the website to see what they had won!
