received call from 347-272-1886 , stating they had received a fax and would be coming to give me a summons to appear in court. got one last week from the 720 number.
I did all the same things and they start hanging up on me once I asked more questions. I wish one of us can catch the actual company so we can sue. They are not a licensed company by the the way they act.
I was also harassed and so are family. They were not willing to give me the company name, address or the collecting companies name besides Quickpay. The person Stephanie told me to google the info. She them told me she is not a debt collector just a pre legal service. I asked who was I suppose to pay and who is going to validate the debt and she hung up. I called her back several times and she hangs up or puts me on hold
if they don't give you their information please don't pay these people anythin
