Received a phone call from this number statng that I have a legal suit against me that they will come to my place of employement to serve me and collect what I owe. The caller was from a forgein man and have NO CLUE where this s coming from and could not understand him. He's calling my cell phone. If I relly owed something, one would think that they would call my home phone.
Same thing, just wanted to report that as of Nov. 29, 2011, its still going on. Asked for someone in my office & explained there is a law suit, thick accent, blaa-blaa.... Just irritating.
a guy with an mideastern accent called my husband just a few minutes ago. He said he had a payday loan that he didn't pay. He said they were suing us. My husband told him this was fraud & we had already gone through all this once so he will be calling the authorities. I looked up the number & it is coming from New York. So I will contact the New York Attorney General.
Called me several times more today - Officer Dade or Ray or Rick COllins and company name as well as his name unclear - will not discuss over voicemail - calling religiously with a script. Will use advice found here to resolve imemdiately.
