I received a call stating I owe for a pay day loan and would need to have my lawyer contact them or make arrangements to pay the bill by wire before they send a sheriff to my job on the following day to arrest me . Yes it is a scam and I called them on it and they hung up.
It's def a scam. When we asked for more info they gave us the NY Clerk of Courts address 317 Jay Street, Brooklyn). Also they cursed us out.
Just call them back and sing the song "One little, two little, three little indians" and they will leave you alone, LOL!!!
Don't pay much attention to them. The funny part is when they say their names are Samuel Jackson and Kevin Lloyd when their REAL names are Raja, Purnima or Bishun Patel!!
Don't get scared, y'all! These are scammers! Don't give out any information... Just laugh at them and you will hear them calling us "effing" Americans!! They use American names when they don't even know how to pronounce a word in plain English, lol!!
These are crooks with no life and no jobs. I don't know if the economy in India is bad (I think it was never good!!) and they just want the money of us *peep" Americans. If they hate us that much then don't try to steal our money because you can't use it in India!!
