I just got cussed out by a guy who called from 347-586-0488 and or 347- 286-7484. the number show up on my caller ID as 000-000-0000 or 50 or 23. The guy said his name is Kevin Anderson and I owe Publec Credit Services $546.00. he said if I didn't pay by credit or debit card i would have to hire a lawyer because they are going to sue me.
My husband keeps getting this same call. The name changes from Steve Anderson, to Mark White, and I can barely understand him, as he is foreign! We have tried to get them to send us information on what type of loan, when it was issued etc... and they will not do it. Then the calls stop for a couple months and then now they are back to calling again. They say they are from ACS legal dept. They even called my brother looking for us. We have never taken a loan out with USA payday or whatever they claim we did. So frustrating!
Got a call saying they had a lawsuit against my SSN# which in itself does not make sense. Told me there were 3 allegations. Said he was Logan Stone, attorney. He sounded like Indian man (foreign) trying to sound like he was from Texas. Very weird. He said for me to call at 347-286-7484. By the way the number came up as +000-000-0000. I called back. Let him give me the shpeel. Then I told him that his accusations are completely false and if he ever calls me again talking about my SSN# I will call the police and FBI. Then he said "go ahead" and HE hung up! Not sure if I should report this. Gonna see if they call back. Hopefully that will be the end of it. Ohh, he also called me at work leaving the same message.
Keep getting calls and somehow they got all my personal information some lady named Annie and i was told the same thing that if i didnt pay 500.00 that day i would be in trouble and had to be in court the next day. is there something we can do about it? Can we find them? Can THEY get in trouble for it? They call from 000-000-000 and left this # 347-286-7484 on my voicemail, they are all very rude too!
i got a call from this number and "christina Parker" said she was looking for my daughter,who she called by her full name and said that there is some type of fraud against her ss# and that she needed her to call back asap!! she also knew my name!!??!! what is all this crap anyway??
