I stumbled across something online that offered to give you Dr. Dre headphones. I was stupid and put in my information. I didn't finish the form though and closed it immediately but I remember writing my number in it somewhere. And ever since, I get more spam in my e-mail and these calls. I don't pick up though.
They keep calling insisting to speak to the owner. If you tell them they are unavailable and then tell them the owner is busy they want you to make up your mind lol! Unavailable and busy are the same moron. Next time they call we will have fun with them!!
Lady calls (2nd time today) Asks for my Boss by his first name (but we have 3 people with the same first name) so i ask which one, and she gives me the last name (mispronounced with a snotty tone) so (like the good receptionist i am) ask who is calling, and she replies "Dana"....so I ask what company and what this is in regards to and she replies (again with a snotty attitude) "So and so Finanacial Services regarding a financial business matter" .
so she promptly went into his voicemail where I would bet money she did not leave a message because this a BS call.
Asked for the business owner. I asked him what he would do if refused to put him on? He ignored that, said good morning, addressed me as the name he was looking for and launched into a blurb about cash advances.
I told him we will only accept a one million dollar cash advance and nothing less. He started maundering on about how that was not possible and I quite frankly couldn't understand what the hell he was saying about 70% of the time.
I repeated that it would be one million or nothing. He uttered something else and I put him on hold.
Pretty persistent, and stupid, too. They call at the same time every day, and I ask them if they're interested in signing up for my credit card service, but they just ignore me and ask for a previous owner of the business.
