I get phone calls from these guys regulary, different phone number, same scam. MULTIPLE times daily they will call claiming to be from some law office, I can hardly discern what they're saying because they are foreign with such thick accents. Threatening me with police showing up at my home and workplace and claiming I owe for a payday loan, but they can never tell me what company they are calling from. It's so annoying. I threatened to report them and they will stop for a day then it starts right back again from some other number. Everytime I search the number I end up with someone else reporting some kind of scam. I'm tired of it! I don't want to change my number and it's impossible to block since the number is ALWAYS something new. Ugh. Is there some legal action that can be taken. I know they aren't legit either as they like to give me my personal information. I really hope they don't misdial and give my ssn and DOB to some stranger.
