They've called 7 times in the last eight days. No message left .. therefore SPAM suspected.

They find out you bought a url then try to sell you a website.

Can't speak English, but want to "help design whatever kind of website I want" (I think)  Blocked.

Logged 17 calls from these guys.  GoDaddy ambulance chasers.  Do they actually think harassing you will help them get your business?  Seriously, at what point is it actually harassment?
