CALLED THREATENING ME IN A ASIAN ACCENT. SAID IF I DIDN'T CALL BACK I WOULD BE VISITED AT WORK AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MY ACTIONS AND HE WAS AN OFFICER BUT WOULDNT TELL ME FROM WHERE.
i was called numerous times by some guy with an indian accent so i could barely understand him..i got my number changed cuz this has been happening for a couple months now..i called them back b4 i got my number changed and went off one good time though..im pregnant and hormonal and i dont need this or the extra stress
Just to add to my comment from April 11. THEY DO HAVE BANKING INFO. Just found out today that $115 charges split into 3 has been charged at a Kmart in NY. FREEZE YOUR CARDS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh and we gave NO info and told them to serve the papers they threatened us with. Called FTC and they assured us that these [***] didn't have banking info since all they read off was last four of social. Once again THEY DO HAVE INFO. FTC is wrong.
