I received several calls from this company saying that I had a debt with CashNetUSA for $300.00. I have never used this company and told the rep this. The rep preceeded to call me a b.....and various other names. I told them I would contact the police if they called me again.
Some one by the name of John Smith called me from this place accusing me of borrowing the amount of 390 dollars and not paying them he also said he had my social security number and bank account information this is a scary thing i contacted the better business bureau they say they cant help
I have received several calls from a Sam Taylor, John Smith, Andy Brown & John walker claiming I owe the money in the amount of 500 . They have left threatning voicemails to sue me to blacklist my SS# and freeze my bank accts. They have also promised to get me fired from my job if I dont pay. Thet ask for payment to be made via prepaid thru Walmart. John Walker has called my job and left messages... How can I pursue this and how to I get a hold of someone to help stop these creeps. I have called the loan company who they claim to be affilated with and I have no acct with them.
I got the same call I got very upset with this John Smith guy left me 2 messages treating me and my family and I better show up in court. This is not right I'm calling the FBI for on this and come on really an Indian sounding guy named John Smith and John Walker get a life it's a BIG SCAMS just try to get money from us innocent people until they get caught... Don't fall for these people...
