He claimed to be officer Jimmy Jackson. He was looking for a Troy Mullins. All of these scammers are looking for Troy, who is this Troy Mullins? He is a busy little bee if all these calls are an indicator. I called the number back on Skype and told him that the number was on the Gov's (useless) "Do not call list," and I told him Troy has never owned this phone in ten years that it has been in my ownership.
