Who called from 3473011729

I received a text message to my cell phone from this number about two minutes ago with the following message:

"If you would like to receive a Guaranteed Savings off your Gas & Electric bills reply "YES". This is a FREE SERVICE. Thank you."

I've been getting alot of such random texts from various numbers. It's getting annoying.

Same message received 3 times already!!!
Whocan I report it to stop?
