I just received an identical call from 347-305-0077. They are scammer and they would install Microsoft Security Essential and PC Matic. MES is a free program and PC Matic is not endorsed by Microsoft. scam scam scam
i got a call from this number and they said they were technical support for micro soft, they said my computer is gonna crash and that i needed to buy from them a pc matic. i bought it and they never did the service and i cant call them back because the number is a non working number. i have been scammed and feeling really upset about this. how do i get my money back?
Lisa , the same happened with me: You will get your money back soon, don't worry..the best way is that you just activate the program again with $49.98 because you will not get your full amount back. When you will activate the program with $49.98 the program will generate an order id, and it will be send to your e-mail ID.if you don't know the way just comment here ur e-mail ID and i will send you the ways and steps.
