This caller representing themselves as Microsoft employees, ripping off elder consumers all over. telling them they have computer problems and will fix for $169.00. nothing but con artist. Do not pay them for help. Report them immediately to your local police.
My elder disabled brother was ripped off by John calling from this number 347-305-2013. The caller represented himself as an employee of Microsoft calling to inform him he had computer problems and he could fix for $169.00. My brother paid him the money and John walked him through finding and giving John his IP address so John could remote into his PC. Not only did John rip him off of $169.00, he wiped his computers hard drive. Then over the last month an a half John continued calling wanting more money to continue working on his problem. I recently reported him to the consumer protection agency and field a police report. DO BUSINESS WITH THE CALLERS FROM THIS NUMBER AT YOUR OWN RISK NOTHING BUT CON ARTIST RIPPING OFF THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED
My damn laptop was not working from past few days and i was having some health issues, so didn't get time get repaired from technician. I had a lot of trouble using windows and had a lot of popups and virus on my screen. One morning, i got this call from some Shawn Kelly trying to make me aware of my internal errors and virus on my computer. Shawn, technician helped me out to understand the condition of my laptop and worked for the whole day, updating my operating system windows and all other drivers required. I got PC matic installed in my laptop with a licence key and it works so good as never before. I really appreciate their hard-work and help. I didn't find that i got scam or they took my personal details, i watched how they worked. Everything is good on my laptop.
I am close to ninety years old and don't appreciate being harassed by these heartless people who just think of themselves and don't care whom they take advantage of....
