Just got the cal. When I questioned what "government agency " he was with or if collections agency he said F you and hung up. I called back, out of curiosity he started talking like he worked at ar phone sex company. He yelled and said he was calling from the health and human services department and has my demographics and knows where I live. Ok sure. Be careful if you get this call.
Called multiple times and left no messages. Finally picked up and no one is there, but then it starts ringing like you are the one making a call. I hung up then.
Knew my name... Told him he had wrong #.. He then asked me who I was ... I said who are you? He replied. Your boyfriend.... I replied you are blocked.... He had an Indian voice...
