got call from jason smith, last month it was kevin smith and the month before was mr robertson calls about pay day loan which i never got. threatens law suit and call my work as well. they are indian or some other foreign country.
I just got the same call from 347-313-8125 from andy garcia and said i had 3 counts of deception fraud fialed against me from first national payday loan. I never got money from these people and when i called my bank they told me it was a fraud. They have been calling my house every day for a couple of weeks and leaving threarening messages. They say i will be arrested by a sherrif. Do not fall for these people. When i tried to call them back they hung up on me.
They called my home and told me to get a lawyer or good luck staying out of jail. they also called my work and left a threatening voice mail with the receptionist. Who the hell are they and how do I stop the calls?
I Just got the same call they have been calling me at work leaving messages I'm glad I read this before calling back I never recieved any money from them. I dont' know why they are calling.
