This man is acting as the supervisor for the NYS Department of Grants. And is telling people that they have been approved for a grant and that it will not cost anything. But, then he calls back the next day and says that all of your money could not be issued to the account. And that you will need to pick up the remainder of the money at Western Union. At the end of the call, he says that you have to do a $310 transaction that you can cancel immediatley to get a refund and then you will get your money. Beware!!! Watch out for these numbers, do not give your personal information out to anyone.
