We need to file a harassment complaint against this company! I have told them multiple times that I am not interested in their services. What does one have to do to get them to stop calling!?
They kept calling our business and wouldn't stop. We run an emergency based clinic and cannot have our time wasted with this garbage. I actually got through when I called the number back. There was a woman who answered hello and I told her to stop calling our business and take us off their list. SHe hung up in my ear. I attempted again to tell her that she has some nerve to call me whenever she wants but when I do the same, she can just hang up in my ear and block the line. The line was always busy.
We have received approximately 10 calls from this number, they sound of Asian descent, and ask the same question "Can i speak to the owner of the company" We have ran many plays on this call and it always comes to the same outcome, we get hung up on. We have tried to get information out of them and we have gotten a fake name and a fake id number. The names we have gotten are "Ben" & "Tony" id # P452T8. We tried to get the company name and we were told it’s non of our business, we argued the fact that if they want our business they would tell us the name, they said no its extremely confidential. We then got tired of wasting our time and hung up. We called the number back right away. The number is a New York area based number, will ring a bunch of times and then get picked up by "Answering service agents" who again won’t give any information. they refuse to say a company name even if we tell them that "we got your vm and would love to higher your service" We will continue to try and get more information out of this group and let you know what we find out
These people call and say, hey, your company's google search results are static. What a lie!
The next time you get a call from someone who says they can help you with SEO, ask them if they can guarantee a first result placement. If they say yes, tell them to stick it where the sun don't shine, and by the way, how do you expect to optimize my placement in English when you can't even speak it?
