You are full of crap and obviously work for the scammers. You can't get arrested for owing a debt. They have to take you to court first. There are laws in place to protect people, especially from using scare tactics...collectors are violating the fair debt collection practices act if they do , punishable with fines... Its also how u tell if they are legit or not. The its doesn't make calls, they send letters.
