Who called from 3473320189

I just received this same exact email. How can two strangers have exactly the same amount to be paid if this was a loan. This is BS, I have never taken a loan out from these people. They are scammers and I am not returning any email or phone call. Any phone call that I will make will be to the police or FBI for fraud.

Received a email from Richard Jones saying court order to appear Oct 28thsmall claims . Didn't list a county, state etc. but said if I pay 950.00 with the next 3 days no action would be taken.

Scam Alert

Got the exact email this afternoon. Verbatim. Greg Thomas is the "account agent".  These people surface every 9 months or so, and then they proceed nonstop.  I report each incident to the FTC.

Got the same e-mail saying I had an unpaid payday loan.  Advance Cash America - the REAL COMPANY is fully aware of this scam and are trying to stop it.  The e-mail does not have my name on it just some Victor Smith.  Like everyone else I turned it over to the proper authorities.  They need to give up.

We have decided that unless you make immediate plans to repay us this money, we will write this debt off our books and claim it as “bad debt loss” to the IRS.

Did you know that any money you owe us and don’t pay should legally be declared as “additional income” for you or your business during the year in which you incurred the debt?

If we decide to write off this debt, we will use IRS form 1099-A which will show the IRS that the $986.45 became income for you and bad debt for Advance Cash America.

You can avoid the unnecessary actions by immediately getting in touch with us either through e-mail or through phone. For any queries feel free to e-mail us back. We will be handling this matter over with you and will be providing you some pay off or Settlement options if available.
